If a photo isn't converting as expected, it helps to include: the general type of image (photo vs. drawing, roughly what resolution), which browser and device you're using, and what the sliders were set to. Since the tool runs entirely client-side, we can't see your actual image — nothing is uploaded to us — so a description or a screenshot of the result is the most useful thing to send.
If something on one of the guide pages looks wrong or outdated (a transfer-paper method, a tool-setting recommendation), email us and we'll take a look.
